Sr. Director, Client Insights and Success Operations, Yext
Zahid leads the Client Insights and Success Operation practices at Yext. His team is responsible for helping our customers deepen their understanding of the local search ecosystem and the role local plays within their digital customer journey.
Internally, he works with various departments including Marketing, Data Partnerships, and Product Strategy to pursue data driven initiatives as Yext's continues to innovate and enhance our Analytics offerings.
Prior to joining Yext, Zahid worked for 4+ years at a multinational consulting firm catering to clients in Japan, Brazil, Africa, and the Middle East. Academically, Zahid has a deep interest in behavioral economics and outside of work is an avid fan of musical and culinary experiences.
