Scott Griffiths is the CFO of Marketing for Farmers Insurance. Merging his finance and marketing skills, Scott is responsible for determining where to focus the enterprise’s resources. At Farmers, ‘Marketing’ oversees not only traditional online and offline marketing, but also customer research, internal and external communications, and customer experience. Coming from across the pond, Griffiths uses UK spelling and phrases to confuse audiences when speaking on topics ranging from the evolving role of the CFO, to measuring the ROI of marketing, to enhancing customer experiences through integration. Griffiths has held several board positions, including Rutgers University and the Boys & Girls Club of America, where he was the recipient of the Corporate Caring for Kids Award in 2016.
