Michelle manages a marketing organization supporting consumer shipping and printing marketing for FedEx. With a focus on customer experience in the FedEx Office and other retail channels, her team manages advertising, social, search, digital and store experience efforts. Recent work includes marketing the expansion of FedEx retail landscape including alliances with Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar General and more. She has 20 years’ experience in developing paid and owned channel marketing programs, global launch campaigns, and market research programs with FedEx along with previous employers including Microsoft, Dell, T-Mobile, and Intuit. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and a Master’s Degree in Business from Seattle University.
