Mary Fratto RoweEVP & Chief Customer Officer, Yext
Mary Fratto Rowe is Yext’s Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, responsible for leading the company’s customer success and professional services organization. With more than three decades of leadership experience at the world’s premier technology, financial services, and consulting companies, Mary is one of the most respected names in customer success. Prior to Yext, Mary transformed the customer experience in various leadership roles at Salesforce, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. At Salesforce, she oversaw more than 1,300 people and more than 1,000 global implementations, working directly with the company’s largest and most complex customers. Previously, Mary was the Technology Executive for Bank of America’s Private Bank, and worked at Accenture for nearly 17 years, including as a Partner in the Financial Services industry group. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
